With personalized medical oversight from a multidisciplinary team, combined with group classes that support the core of the learning, the Live Young Lifestyle Change Program is unique among weight loss programs. Clients are supported by a weight loss team comprised of a physician, a dietitian, a behavioral therapist, and a nurse, each with distinct skills and training to maximize every participant's success.

After attending an informational session to learn about the Live Young Lifestyle Change Program and to decide if it is a good fit, interested clients are then enrolled for the year-long program. Clients are first seen individually by the weight loss physician. The participant is then placed in a group with roughly 10 others with whom they will continue their journey over the 12 months.
