An Experiential Stress Management Class

Jeanette Rutherford, MA, LPC, will facilitate these interactive and engaging courses, which will consist of a combination of teaching/discussion and the actual practice of mindfulness and relaxation techniques.

By learning about how your life is impacted by stress and practicing tools such as mindfulness and relaxation exercises, these courses will:

  • Enhance your communication and listening skills
  • Reduce your professional and personal anxiety
  • Help you create a healthy work/life balance
