The Mindful Meals sessions walk you through making small, practical changes that will leave you feeling empowered in the kitchen.
Led by Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, Jennifer Newton, these hands-on cooking classes will teach you tasty recipes and inspire a new cooking style. Each course will build your confidence in the kitchen, inspiring change through food education, and ultimately empowering you to eat for your health!
