Open to all, our Body Acceptance Fitness classes will meet you wherever you are. No matter your shape, size, ability, or if you have an injury, these classes can be adapted to your comfort and skill level. You will be able to launch a new fitness routine or continue with an existing one. By removing the intimidation of a gym, our fitness classes will make you feel safe and comfortable and help you enjoy physical activity!
Body Acceptance Fitness classes include yoga, circuit training, water aerobics, and either 30- or 60-minute personal training sessions. These classes are designed to build your exercise confidence and improve your physical fitness level in a tailored and safe way.
The first class is always free - join us for a fun, safe and inspiring workout!
